All online auctions begin at 7:00.
ALL ITEMS SELL "AS -IS , WHERE-IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES." By bidding online you agree that your are bidding on an item you have not inspected in person. Items are available for preview starting at 4:00 pm on auction day and you have the opportunity to inspect all items. You agree to accept the item is it current condtion.
*IMPORTANT* Due to our express request, some items may not be sold in published order. Please make sure you are prepared in case item does sell out of order.
All items are subject to a 12% buyers premium and 6.875% sales tax.
Local pick up only. Shipping on smaller items can be arranged w/buyer paying shipping and handling.
Payment is expect within 48 hours of invoicing. It is your responsibility to call the Shakopee Auction Center for payment. Any items not paid for within 3 business will lose the items and will not be allowed to bid on future items.
Furniture is expected to be picked up NO LATER than Tuesday at 12:00pm following the auction. We are open on Saturday 10:00 - 12:00 for removal and payment. No items will be released until paid for in full.

INSPECTION: Property is open to public inspection. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Shakopee Auction Center attempts to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall the Shakopee Auction Center be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
All payments are due at the fall of the hammer unless otherwise specified. Please be aware of this, most likely the card on file at auction registration will be charged for purchases, buyer premium and any other applicable fees. Late payments are subject to fees and penalties at the discretion of the Auction House. Be aware that invoice delinquency WILL lead to disabling of a bidder account and making all bidding unavailable on future auctionsr.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. The Shakopee Auction Center shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.
The Shakopee Auction Center will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
The Shakopee Auction Center is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against The Shakopee Auction Center or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. The Shakopee Auction Center will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. The Shakopee Auction Center reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
The Shakopee Auction Center does not accept any phone calls relating to condition, bids, etc... after the on-site auction preview begins. Due Diligence is the complete responsibility of the Bidder & Bidders are completely responsible for their own bids. Catalogs & On-Line Description are meant as a Guide only. If something is being Sold 'Times the Money', it means Your Bid is PER ITEM - So, Bid Accordingly. It is Bidders Complete Responsibility to Understand all Terms and Conditions BEFORE Bidding.
